Quality is our foundation. Our production is ISO 9001 certified. We implement strict quality control throughout the entire process:
Material Sourcing: We use certified, high-grade raw materials.
In-Process Inspection: Every production step, from weaving/knitting to coating, is monitored to ensure mesh uniformity, dimensional stability, and coating consistency.
Final Testing: Products undergo final checks for strength, durability, and colorfastness before shipment. We can also arrange third-party inspections as required.
Samples: We provide free standard samples. For custom samples, a nominal fee may apply, which is often deductible from future bulk orders. Courier charges are usually borne by the client.
Quotation: Please provide your detailed requirements, including product type, material, specifications (mesh count, width, etc.), quantity, and any special standards. We will prepare a detailed, competitive quotation promptly.
Lead Time: For standard products, it’s typically 15-25 days after order confirmation. For customized orders, it depends on the specifications and quantity, usually 20-35 days. We provide a precise timeline upon order confirmation.
Shipping: We handle the entire export process professionally. We arrange inland transportation, export customs clearance, and can ship via sea (FOB, CIF, etc.), air, or express courier based on your preference. We provide all necessary documents and real-time tracking information.
